Before filling out the application, we recommend carefully reading the shipping instructions.

Fill out the application right after sending your parcel to our warehouse in the sender’s country.

If you have questions about shipping, service costs, or delivery times, consult with our managers.

You can fill out the application offline in .xlsx format (Microsoft Excel) and email it to zayavka@adrcargo.co.il. The parcel delivery process is the same regardless of how the application is completed.

Parcel insurance is optional. Insurance for a parcel valued up to $100 costs $5. Insurance for a parcel valued above $100 costs 5% of the value stated in the application. The insurance cost is added to the delivery cost. Learn more about insurance.

By submitting the shipment application, you (recipient/sender) undertake to pay for transportation services, including customs fees (if applicable) in Israel, in accordance with international transport regulations. In case of non-payment, the matter will be settled in court. *
